Shipping
Your artwork will be shipped using USPS priority mail with tracking and insurance (included in shipping price). You will be provided with shipping information for your package. Shipping rates will be applied at checkout.
Please allow 5-7 business days for package to be processed prior to shipping. Priority mail typically arrives within 1-3 days, but may vary depending upon USPS.
If you are wishing to ship something beyond the United States, please contact me at sales@kreuterwoodcuts.ink and we can work out a shipping carrier and shipping price.
Packing
All prints, unless specified otherwise, will arrive unframed.
In order to best protect your art investment, the original print will be rolled with acid free paper. The entire roll will be put into a plastic liner following a cardboard shipping tube and padding.
Processing Time
Once a transaction is confirmed through the website, please allow 5-7 business days to package and ship your artwork. If there is a delay, you will be notified via the supplied email address. Shipping estimate will be provided by carrier.

In the event of art work arriving damages, please contact me Here please explain the damage. i will be in contact and may request pictures of damage for insurance purposes.
You will have the choice of receiving a full refund, another edition of the original print, or a different print of same of lesser value. You may be require to return the work
If you decide that you do not like the artwork it maybe returned within 7 business days.
Art work will need to be sent back at cost of purchaser.
the artwork must be packaged in the same way in which it was received, Packaging may be reused,
once a return request is received i will supply the return address location.
When artwork is back in kreuter woodcuts possession a refund will be sent out within 3-7 business days.
